Just tried this place for the first time! The chicken is delicious and juicy but crunchy at the same time! But what made my experience so awesome was Marissa at the front counter. She was so sweet and friendly and totally patient when I couldn't decide what I wanted! 10/10 experience! Will definitely be going back!!

I gotta give some love for the chicken here. The fast food craze taken over by chicken continues to thrive with Dave's Hot Chicken. Similar to Canes in the style but miles apart when it comes to flavor. Nothing wrong with Canes but when you can dial in the level of heat you want for the breading on those juicy, piping hot checked tenders, well...it's a different game altogether. Horrible service, I am a very patient man but this was insane. This is the first complaint I've ever made because what they did was unacceptable. First of all, zero communication in the kitchen. Working in restaurants all my life and even in fast food there is a level of communication so everyone knows where they're at. I placed my order and waited 20-25 minutes before going up to the counter and asking where my order was. They did not even start it.
