We've seen Dave's hot chicken everywhere in LA but we're in SLO when we decided we'd give it a try for the first time! YUMMY flavoring, I think this is officially my favorite place for chicken tenders! even after sitting in the box and cooling, the chicken stayed nice and cripsy ---extra hot chicken tenders: I could handle this level but my stomach was pretty much ON FIRE afterwards so I think I'll go with hot next time! This is my 3rd time coming and each time they exceed my expectations. The chicken is always tender and tastes fresh. Alan and Elizabeth were very helpful and nice! Their lobby has cool art displayings! Recommend 10/10

Great food, great service. We were helped by Elizabeth who was very friendly and welcoming.
Placed a mobile order for pickup earlier this week. When I got there Jolene was already packaging it up. She was friendly, totally on top of things, and nothing was missing from my order. I got the chicken strip box. The strips were fresh, hot, and crispy. The spice level I picked was just right. The crinkle cut fries were also fresh and crisp. Make sure to get extra Dave's sauce for dipping. My husband got the sandwich box and ordered a side of coleslaw to top his sandwiches with. It was a good flavor combo.
Christine was amazing! She gave me my food in a timely matter and the chicken sandwich was super juicy and fresh tasting I loved it!

Juicy and tender chicken great fries and the cheese sauce was phenomenal i highly recommend this place
