Service was amazing. Nicki was super patient and friendly as my kids and I decided what we wanted. It was our first time. She also stopped by the table to check on us and bring us extra ketchup. Interior is super clean and spacious. Outside is nice too. Food was served hot and fresh. Will return!

Very impressed with how warmly we were greeted when we entered the restaurant. I've never been greeted like that in a fast food restaurant. We were asked if we had been in before & if we had any questions regarding the menu. Both Nicki and Jolene were very friendly & accommodating. The restaurant is very clean & well kept & the chicken was delicious.

Nikkie has the best customer service. Made it easy to order and food was delicious. I will definitely come again
Food tasted great! Nicki was friendly and helpful picking items on the menu. She got through the lunch rush with a smile on her face. Calm, friendly atmosphere. Will definitely be back!
nice Vibes, clean bathrooms, enthusiastic staff, good chicken. Good size plates for price.

Great tasting food. I didn't have a clue as to what to order being my first time there and Nikki was so helpful kind and patient. I was a little hungry and decided to get the 2 chicken sandwich combo and just like the commercial it was so delicious. I will have to try it next time with the cheese on it.
Business response:

Sal was great !! Great chicken Great service !! Atmosphere is super chill and bathrooms are super clean.
It's good but not that good. I got one of the combos and it was filling. Fired were bomb, sliders were ok Service is mixed. They are attentive and are nice, but did something that rubbed me the wrong way. It's a nice vibe tho, a lot of seating and cool decoration. Overall would come back after time
Business response:

Food was warm, not soggy, juicy and customer service was great. I ordered the chicken slider, the slider was unfulfilling. With every bite the slider had an unsavory powdered outside with no flavor.
Business response:
Apologies for any disappointment caused during your visit. We'd love to make it right. Please visit www.tellusdirect.com/DHC to share your concerns and help us improve. Thank you.
