Came in and was greeted by Jolene. Super nice and explained the menu, levels of hotness (no spice up to reaper), etc. We both ordered the #3 with cheese but with different heat levels. I opted for mild and did the fries. BF ordered medium and upgraded to cauliflower bites. We also ordered a side of mac and cheese. While we waited for our food we looked around. Friendly, helpful staff - couldn't decide what to get, tons of question and worker was patient and helpful explaining menu. Food awesome as well!
Andres was very nice, funny and acomadating. Food is good, I love the flavor of everything. I like the vibe of the restaraunt and decorations.
My food was ice cold and didn't come with any sauce. Who wants to eat Dave's without sauce?

This place is a no. The service was crappy, the chicken was crappy, and if you want bbq sauce instead of the regular dressing, that's an upcharge. Definitely very un-American. Who charges for BBQ sauce?

FOOD POISONING! My bf, his friend, my friend, and I ate at Dave's 10/29, and 2 of them starting yacking their brains out from 2am till the following evening

I don't know who runs this place but they need a reality check, therapy, and maybe an exorcism. The food is fine -- it's chicken, congratulations -- but the manager is a full-blown disaster. Employees get treated like prisoners, can't even step outside for a 10-minute break, can't take their food home, and have to beg for shirts and hats like it's the Great Depression.
