I bought into the hype I have been seeing on the chilihead forums and gave this chain a shot. Can't speak to the dining area of the place itself because I have only ordered delivery through them. I will say of the half dozen times I have ordered from them, the chicken and fries have been cooked perfect every time. A+ for consistency. On to the chicken, I usually order the 2 strips and fries. I don't usually write reviews, but I HAD to shout out Olivia O for her amazing customer service at Dave's Hot Chicken. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with such a genuine smile and positive energy -- it totally made my day. She was super helpful with the menu (I can never decide between medium or hot ) and even checked in on me after I got my food to make sure everything was perfect -- which it was! The milkshake was GOOD, thick like a milkshake should be. I got the medium spice slider and fries. Good amount of spice but not very spicy over all. Quick service, and very helpful too, several times people came around and asked us if we needed anything, for a fast food joint it was surprising! The place is a bit loud though, hard to hear people but the food was good!

First of all GREAT customer service, it is my first time going here. Itzel was my server (very nice young lady) she warned me that the Reaper was extremely hot, I did not listen. Warning that Reaper is no joke, it tore me up for a while. Itzel brought me a soft serve, and it 100% knocked the heat out. Definitely recommend coming here just for the great service Itzel provided, and the food.
