Dave's Hot chicken is my favorite place to grab a Hot Chicken sandwich. Across from the Sacramento and the Union city location, both of them have consistently given me no reason to complain about the way they season their chicken sandwich. The only issue I have is their spiciest level of chicken sandwich tastes significantly worse than their hot level. This was my first time here and used the drive thru to order. Itzel was very helpful and friendly. She asked if it was my first time and had any questions on the menu. I did not feel rushed to order and was a good first time experience. They made sure to include sauces and utensils in the bag. Got home and the chicken was fresh and delicious. Loved it

I bought into the hype I have been seeing on the chilihead forums and gave this chain a shot. Can't speak to the dining area of the place itself because I have only ordered delivery through them.
