Chicken 3/10 Fries 7/10 Mac n cheese 7/10 Customer service 10/10 Although food was not all that Chad made our 1st time unforgettable w his 5 star customer service. I'd go back for a soda and fries for his customer service tbh. Chad your awesome!

Drive thru on a Saturday night. In the car, we requested two separate orders. The first order was a number 3. The second order was 2 number 3's with the request for fresh fries. Order took about 15 minutes to make. The first order - my friend stated that her fries tasted old. She was not happy with the medium flavoring. I recommended she try hot and or extra hot. I had stop by the Arden location today, and Sacramento and I got welcomed with the friendliest voice ever, Chad did amazing job with asking us if we needed any help with the menu or questions, and I had a Center urgency to get our food out the window in a timely manner. Chad #1 employee

First time here. I've been eating plant base so came for the cauliflower (not chicken) slider. I really enjoyed it. The gal that took our order, Kat, was quite helpful. She stopped by our table a few times and took our trays when we were done. We will likely return. Thanks Kat for the good service.

Hello , I decided to write a review on the costumer service here at Dave's Hot Chicken . The specific employee I want to shine on how amazing the attitude , professionalism , attentive , friendly , and kind Kat is. When ordering she delivered the customer experience that everyone expects. It's was fast , simple and easy ordering with Kat. The food is great here as always! The service at this particular location was not great at all. The girl in the front was super dry and not happy with her position. She was rude to everyone who was ordering. The inside is always great each location has great ambiance! However, this place is hella expensive 4 people costed around $80+ for chicken sandwiches
