I enjoyed the food & Angel was a huge help. Very polite and patience. The food was hot, potent savory smell; fries were crispy and well seasoned -- as for the slider, it was perfection. Breaded well, crisp crunchy outside (it was not too hard that you get unpleasant pebbles), juicy inside, and it definitely brings the heat w/ a mouth full of flavor. My only personal issue was the pickles were too thick for someone with braces. So far the best hot chicken spot I've out west.

I've been to this location a couple of times. There's plenty of parking spots available so parking is not an issue. The restaurant itself is very clean and spacious. Beautiful decorations. I was greeted today by Amber, a bubbly and personable young lady. She was very helpful assisting me with my order. She recommended cheese and honey and I accepted both recommendations. It always takes them forever to hand out orders!! The same people are always just standing around or walking around instead of handing out our food when it's just sitting on the counter. Do they not realize we can see inside???? They always get the drinks last and even then take forever. This location used to be great but overtime it's become bad. This was the longest I have ever waited at a fast food restaurant. I've been waiting for 40 minutes and still don't have my food. It's late and my family is in the car waiting for me. I'm tempted to leave ... ugh

Came in the store and Marco took my order and was very nice. I ordered a #2 sliders, then paid to add cheese on one of them. Got my food and drove home with the friend I was sharing the food with, mind you I live about 30 min from this location and was just stopping there since it was close to my work. When i get home me and my friend go to eat the sliders and I look to see which one has cheese and none of them did, it was my mistake not to check it when I got it and that's where everything goes downhill. Three of us arrived, two separate orders totaling three meals. After waiting 30 minutes, the cashier asked for our order numbers to check on our food. After waiting 20 more minutes we went up to the counter for an update. It seemed our orders were never entered into their system so they never made them. The cook then requested our receipts to quickly make our food.
