I love their chicken and was in Altamonte for an appointment. I was excited to be close to a Dave's. I travel with a service dog and when I ordered the sever told me that the manager would prefer I sit outside with the dog. She was properly vested and obedient Golden's retriever. That was my intention all along, but to have someone tell me that the a service dog was not welcome in their establishment made me angry. Our first impression, upon entry into the restaurant, was that it didn't seem very clean. The young man behind the counter was friendly and answered our inquiries about the spice levels. We ordered a few things and while we waited for our order, we were distracted by the young lady sweeping the dirty floors. She literally used the same broom to sweep the tables. This place was disgusting roaches in the male bathroom, hair in my food, I waited 45 minutes to get my food to. The manager clearly doesn't know how to run the store. This was the worst fast food experience in my life. I will not be eating here again and I would strongly reconsider people eating here at all. This location was so dirty there should be a health violation there.

Lady lied to me. I ask for extra sauce she say it already in bag with fries. I say okay and leave I come home and check bag and guess who's a liar. That lady. No sauce. More than half the reason people eat here is the sauce so why would u not give more sauce no questions asked. Fries aren't even seasoned that good either usually a lot better. Got the mild chicken tenders is a combination of bland and over spicy. The fries were no good. But thats not the worst part they attempted to charge me 4 times for the same $40 meal and said my card was declined so whatever I proceeded to pay cash. Then later I go online and see that my visa card was charged 4 times and was lied to the card was not declined the charges came through 4 times.
