Wow - I have had Nashville Hot Chicken, and this is a close second. Hot is HOT, go for the mild if you are not a serious heat lover. And next levels are FIRE. Love it. Oh, the fries are DARN Good Yum.

Dave's was absolutely delicious! I love that you can get anything from zero spice to incredibly spicy. The sauce is the best part - make sure you get enough! The fries are seasoned perfectly.
I've been here a couple of times, and the chicken is excellent. The sliders have a slightly sweet bun and excellent coleslaw on top of them. The Dave's sauce is a real nice addition to fries and for the strips. The first time I wentI had the hot and it was decent. The second time I went I had the extra hot and the reaper. These were both extremely hot. I was sweating while eating them great spice, but I could still taste the chicken. H this is ighly recommend this place.

Easily the best fast food fried chicken! I've had KFC, Popeye's, and Chick-fil-A, and I think Dave's Hot Chicken is way better than any of them simply for the quality of the fried chicken (which is what it's all about, after all!). Dave's has a small menu - you basically choose between combinations of chicken tenders and sliders, with 7 levels of spiciness (HOT was just right for me). Place was busy at lunch which to me was a good sign. Small wait in line and a small wait for food which was faster than I figured due to the amount of people there. Staff was friendly and food was fantastic....a new must stop when it Madison.

Wasn't like the best thing ever but we enjoyed ourselves. The normal chicken is spicy. The spicy chicken was too spicy. The lobby was not super inviting. I kind of wanted to leave right as soon as I got in there the employees were great though high energy.

This place was really good! It was also really fast! We both got the number 2 two sliders with pickles, coleslaw, and cheese. I got mac N cheese but I would get frys next time! I got mild and it was perfect, it had a lot of flavor and wasn't spicy! The service was really good, and I thought that they kept the place really clean. I would definitely recommend going here if you're looking for some good chicken. We drove 30 minutes to try it, and will definitely make the drive back!
