They gave me a freaking unsweetened tea when i freaking asked for a sweet and it had no ice and was freaking warm freaking unsweetened tea. Granted I did come in 10 min before closing BUTTT I gave a ten dollar tip bc i felt like caca for that and I said sorry and too be fair there was like 10 ppl behind me so i wasn't the only one. My friends didn't let be go back to get a new tea which was bs. We sat in line when there was one car in front of us for 20 minutes in the drive-through. They are either unbelievably understaffed or just have straight up terrible service.

Man I really wanted to like this place. Especially with it being so close to home. But it's just so bad. My expectations weren't high with it being a chain, but the chicken tasted fishy and the consistency was mushy. Such a bummer.

Took a very long time to receive our food but it's okay the workers were very nice. Fries need more seasoning and the chicken overall was not that good. It's unfortunate when they first opened it tasted much better. I prefer Angry Chickz.

Service so slow will NEVER return. I can't believe this it's been over 25 min for a slider the employees are careless and has no regards for other peoples time. Would not recommend this location at all. Hopefully Dave's gets better. (I'm writing this stuck in the drive through) This is ridiculous

This was our first time eating at the Dave's Hot Chicken on Madison and Hazel ave in Sacramento. We ordered one slider combo and a flight of chicken tenders and 6 sides of ranch ($1.50 each) with the idea of having a delicious meal. At the order area in the drive through the attendant asked if it was our first time which we politely replied yes. Once at the window we paid for our meal and waited about 10-15 minutes. Quick version: Employee put my partially eaten food back in the freezer with items waiting to be picked up and was extremely rude. I've been coming here for quite a while and have always enjoyed the food and never had any issues with customer service until last night.
