Was experiencing difficulties with my app, during this two amazing workers Isaiah and Miguel were a tremendous amount of help not only did they resolve the issue they were so kind and considerate. Isaiah already had our food prepared and continued to be courteous throughout our visit. Miguel was quite considerate throughout the issue. On top of the amazing service this Dave's is probably the best location they have in Northern California. It's also quite clean!
Food was amazing Great place to eat some chicken with just the right spice. Amazing Service from Isaiah. Definitely coming back
The drive through wait was long, but it was worth it. The chicken was hot and delicious and the brioche bun was yummy. Above average for fast food. I will be back.
Man I really wanted to like this place. Especially with it being so close to home. But it's just so bad. My expectations weren't high with it being a chain, but the chicken tasted fishy and the consistency was mushy. Such a bummer.

Took a very long time to receive our food but it's okay the workers were very nice. Fries need more seasoning and the chicken overall was not that good. It's unfortunate when they first opened it tasted much better. I prefer Angry Chickz.

Service so slow will NEVER return. I can't believe this it's been over 25 min for a slider the employees are careless and has no regards for other peoples time. Would not recommend this location at all. Hopefully Dave's gets better. (I'm writing this stuck in the drive through) This is ridiculous

This was our first time eating at the Dave's Hot Chicken on Madison and Hazel ave in Sacramento. We ordered one slider combo and a flight of chicken tenders and 6 sides of ranch ($1.50 each) with the idea of having a delicious meal. At the order area in the drive through the attendant asked if it was our first time which we politely replied yes. Once at the window we paid for our meal and waited about 10-15 minutes. Quick version: Employee put my partially eaten food back in the freezer with items waiting to be picked up and was extremely rude. I've been coming here for quite a while and have always enjoyed the food and never had any issues with customer service until last night.
