My husband had been talking about trying Dave's Hot Chicken for awhile. The restaurant was clean and the staff were extremely polite. We both ordered the lite mild chicken tenders. I ordered the mac and cheese with mine though. The chicken was juicy and very good with honey and the mac and cheese very cheesy. My husband said the fries were good. If you like spice and want an alternative to a plain fried chicken this is the right fast food chicken place for you.

After a long wait in the drivethru I politely suggested it might be nice to offer perks for customers to compensate for the slow service. Giving coupons for next time or a free item. The man at the window ( said he was the manager) did not like my suggestion and began yelling at me that I got quality food,,, I said yes but it's too slow. Good chicken but terrible service. I watched as the girl at counter filled 3 huge doordash orders and left me waiting for 15 minutes in the drive-thru. They wouldnt even give an extra sauce packet i asked for due to the wait. Smugly tried to charge for the sauce. Ill gi back to a Daves Hot Chicken, but definitely not this one.

Truly inedible. Staff are unprofessional and rude. The cauliflower is fried so much it turns to powder as you chew / crunch it. The chicken is over sauced and spiced, it was either soggy or powdery. They throw soggy pickles all over every menu item. Random pieces of wonder bread like crap. Just made us all feel disgusting eating it, after a few bites we threw it all away. I hate to be so negative, but we felt like we should warn people not to waste money here. It didn't taste like something anyone could enjoy.

Truly inedible. Staff are unprofessional and rude. The cauliflower is fried so much it turns to powder as you chew / crunch it. The chicken is over sauced and spiced, it was either soggy or powdery. They throw soggy pickles all over every menu item. Random pieces of wonder bread like crap. Just made us all feel disgusting eating it, after a few bites we threw it all away. A 35-minute wait in a drive thru is absolutely unacceptable, especially when there is ZERO communication from when we paid until getting our food. Moving on to the food, even if we only waited 5-10 minutes the food is average. Nothing great about it. The best thing we ordered was the orange slush with ice cream in it. If you don't want to staff your business, be honest about it and put signs on drive thru menu saying "30 minute wait", give your customers the option to decide if they're willing to wait or not. I keep trying, and they keep disappointing. This is my $7 slider. It's worse than the last one. It's got no sauce, barely any slaw and is the saddest chicken tender thrown on a bun. I'm not a big person, I usually eat 1/3 of my slider and then have to keep going back because it's so filling. I actually had to make more food after eating this (well, not the 2/3 empty bun) because it was so sad.
