Daves, I love your food, but your service is not the best. We have to speed it up, being in the line for almost 30 minutes aint good.

Quick version: Employee put my partially eaten food back in the freezer with items waiting to be picked up and was extremely rude. I've been coming here for quite a while and have always enjoyed the food and never had any issues with customer service until last night. After a long wait in the drivethru I politely suggested it might be nice to offer perks for customers to compensate for the slow service. Giving coupons for next time or a free item. The man at the window ( said he was the manager) did not like my suggestion and began yelling at me that I got quality food,,, I said yes but it's too slow. Good chicken but terrible service. I watched as the girl at counter filled 3 huge doordash orders and left me waiting for 15 minutes in the drive-thru. They wouldnt even give an extra sauce packet i asked for due to the wait. Smugly tried to charge for the sauce. Ill gi back to a Daves Hot Chicken, but definitely not this one.

Truly inedible. Staff are unprofessional and rude. The cauliflower is fried so much it turns to powder as you chew / crunch it. The chicken is over sauced and spiced, it was either soggy or powdery. They throw soggy pickles all over every menu item. Random pieces of wonder bread like crap. Just made us all feel disgusting eating it, after a few bites we threw it all away. I hate to be so negative, but we felt like we should warn people not to waste money here. It didn't taste like something anyone could enjoy.
