TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

The medium in the perfect heat, if you go hotter you miss the flavor. I like this a lot better than Angry Chicks
Huge portions is always a plus and this place serves them up. Ordered the 2 tender combo and that was enough for one person. The slider is pretty much a tender in a bun, which is basically a sandwich itself. We had the mild and hot and the spicy level in the hot was 7/10. They have their own dipping sauce which is almost a honey mustard tinge. The one complaint would be that they dont offer ranch but thats not a huge blow to their food or service. Very busy during lunch time, I suggest calling in the order and picking it up. The sliders are definitely the way to go, get extra sauce with the honey too! You won't be disappointed

Yall I wish I took a picture of the food but I ate it so fast. BUNS- soft. CHICKEN-juicy, the breaded part held together perfectly, the spice AND flavor was immaculate, And sooo juicy. The cheese- perfectly melted. The sauce- best on the planet, get that raisin caines sauce away from me. The fries- both seasoned AND crunchy, no soggy tasteless fries here yall. Just go here im begging service was so nice too theyre very friendly and sweet!!!!!

I ordered 3 of the Chicken portions and was impressed each came with sauce, bread and pickles even when the sandwiches are a few dollars more. I could only eat 2 before feeling full and I saved one for later. I ordered all of them 'hot' and I liked that spiciness level. I Still like Popeyes a little better but this is still a good option.
