I do not recommend eating in if you think a full 20 minutes for a Dave's #2 is too long of a wait with whatever delivery orders are in front of you. The food is good but they need to step up production if they are going to stay in business. Because cold chicken sandwiches do not turn into repeat business.

Dave's is located on the corner of College Blvd and Oceanside Blvd where Baskin Robbins used to be. The parking lot has a good amount of spaces but it's tight and can get crowded. When Rubio's reopens next door I imagine it'll be tougher to find a spot. Each time I've been to this location it's been busy but the line moves steadily. The restaurant is well lit and they play a lot of throwback music. The cashiers have always been friendly, helpful and not stingy with the sauces. Ordered through Doordash, waited about 30 mins for my order and it was well worth the wait. Chicken was crispy and level of spice HOT was perfect. The sauce is delicious and I love the crinkle fries. If I could give a ten star I would
