Lacking in flavor. Overcooked. Spicy doesn't equal flavor. $5 for 1 chicken tender. Tried it. Won't be back.

Just got a number 2 two hot chicken sandwich's they were cold fries cold the chicken was not fresh hard to chew whoever is cooking during lunch is going to take that business down because it's already going downhilll and they barely opened

Terrible. Spent $80 on chicken and it's cold, greasy and served on stale white bread! On top of that, it all tastes like chili powder. Even the fries were bad; cold and tasted bad. Best thing here was the sauce, and it was awful! Just warm thousand island. Nasty. Go to Canes, and you'll thank me. Or don't and come here. You'll regret it. Tastes like someone decided to cook with the novelty hot sauces from tourist traps.....and pre-seasoned with a big bag of chili con carne seasoning. Yuck.

Today was my first and last time at this chicken spot. Unfortunately, I wanted to like it so bad because of the cauliflower sandwich, but the lack of customer service and management I can't. Coming from a restaurant manager myself there is absolutely no excuse. I know what it's like being short staffed and busy. I didn't even get a "sorry" for mixing up my number, just a "yeah, that's your food." The food is over priced and mediocre. Chicken lacks flavor and they got our order wrong. Would recomend any other chicken based place.

I think the chicken is so goood. The fries are good but fries are cheap compared to the chicken.... Don't be so stingy with them. Just sayin. #3 with tax is $14.64 about the norm these days, the chicken is big. My only bitch is I got in the drive through at 1:21 and did not get out until 1:53 and there was only 3 cars in front of me. Not cool that it took that darn long for a drive through take out meal and I couldn't escape the line or I would've left.

If you want to wait 30+ minutes for one slider and fries go into the store. If you want to be helped within two minutes go through the drive thru. That wait was ridiculous and no other orders were given out in between mine.
Honestly I've been here 5 times since it's opened & each time seems to disappoint me more & more my kids and I absolutely love this chicken joint we come from Fresno ca , the portions seem to downsize & let's not talk about the quality of that Mac n cheese it's so runny like soup !!! Service is ok they just need someone more experience & ambitious I hate that you guys fell off bad please fix this !!!!!

Fries were freshly cooked, crispy and good. The tenders though. They had a weird exture to them. When you chew the chicken it has a mushy texture I don't think chicken is supposed to be like this. We ordered two #1s and the chicken grossed us out after a couple bites. That texture is not it! I ordered medium and there's really no spice to it.
