I had a chicken slider with fries and it was just so-so; I got it with medium heat which's perfect for me but the taste was off and not very good (Popeye's is better) and the fries were soggy and cold. Their sauce was terrible but that's because it probably has mayo in it and I don't like mayo. I won't be going back.

Maria got my whole order completely wrong! She didn't fill up my drink to the top. and doesn't look like she knows how to work the tablet. gave me complications. complete bad service!

If I could, I would give Dave's Hot Chicken on Mooney in Visalia negative stars!! I went in there and had to get my food to go because all the employees with red shirts were sitting at all of the tables BSing around. Not to mention, even if there was an available table to sit at, the HEAT in that lobby was even hotter than outside! Then got served spoiled chicken that got my whole family sick for 3 days! Just went to Dave's Hot Chicken, waited 15 minutes and there was only one car ahead of us. Didn't even get a sorry for the wait. Was just told your order was just made, Wrong! The fries were cold, the buns were cold. Only after complaining did we get the meal for free but it wasn't worth it. My husband just took two bites and couldn't finish it. Probably won't be going back again.

Went to Dave's Hot Chicken, to check quality and taste. Most importantly taste. So we ordered two number 4. One regular and one hot. There was no sitting inside but tables outside. It didn't take long for the orders, simple bun with pickles and an vignette based coleslaw. I'd say just the right amount of slaw, pickles and their sauce in the side. Chicken and fries were so over seasoned I couldn't taste anything else. I ordered the medium chicken and it was very moist inside but again, couldn't taste the chicken through the layer of seasoning on top. Customer service was great, very friendly gentleman at the window, but I will be taking my $13 elsewhere and will not be back.

11/10. 100/10. Cannot even put into words how fire this place is. Absolutely shits on raising canes, angry chiks, every other chicken place we have in visalia. just puts them to shame in my opinion. We dined in to get the full experience and thought the service was great. Waited maybe 5 minutes and were served our food. Employee offered us sides of dave's sauce, ketchup, and honey. I did go the last hours so , I guess I kind of expected shitty food , chicken was over seasoned, for the price , I should Of went to canes. The bread on the side is sandwich bread ! No butter , not toasted just bread !
