The tenders are always small when I order from here, my fries are cold this was the 2nd time. I rather spend my money at angry chicks, quality and taste is so much better there.

I would never come here again Over priced plain flavorless greasy food. You have a better chance enjoying microwaveable dinners. Honestly ordered a combo with a regular drink and a small shake (lil treat) $32 crazy I would've rather spent that 32 eating at a restaurant that's food is enjoyable. longest wait in history! in house order waited 40 min for one single order of Dave bites! customer's angry leaving wanting refunds! They have a severe leadership issue!

Fries were definitely better then the chicken. Wait time was over ten minutes for me being the only customer inside but drive thru was more busy. Wouldn't come here again. But it was okay nothing to go out of my way to eat again. If you're considering this over canes I would think again.

Just got a number 2 two hot chicken sandwich's they were cold fries cold the chicken was not fresh hard to chew whoever is cooking during lunch is going to take that business down because it's already going downhilll and they barely opened

Terrible. Spent $80 on chicken and it's cold, greasy and served on stale white bread! On top of that, it all tastes like chili powder. Even the fries were bad; cold and tasted bad. Best thing here was the sauce, and it was awful! Just warm thousand island. Nasty. Go to Canes, and you'll thank me. Or don't and come here. You'll regret it. Tastes like someone decided to cook with the novelty hot sauces from tourist traps.....and pre-seasoned with a big bag of chili con carne seasoning. Yuck.

Today was my first and last time at this chicken spot. Unfortunately, I wanted to like it so bad because of the cauliflower sandwich, but the lack of customer service and management I can't. Coming from a restaurant manager myself there is absolutely no excuse. I know what it's like being short staffed and busy. I didn't even get a "sorry" for mixing up my number, just a "yeah, that's your food." The food is over priced and mediocre. Chicken lacks flavor and they got our order wrong. Would recomend any other chicken based place.
