TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Stopped by on a Tuesday night around 9. Grabbed four #2 combos (2 sliders, fries) and a couple drinks. Pick your level of spicy: I got the reaper and extra hot in my combo. They make you sign a waiver for the reaper! It was spicy, but I've eaten hotter. The four of us enjoyed our food. Ranges from medium to hot for the others. Typical fast food fried chicken quality. It was good but not special. The service and counter staff were excellent.
3.5 stars: Limited menu --Chicken portions are significant. Sauce on the side is pleasant not too spiced however, I am not a fan of the rub (I'm assuming it's dry). Note you can choose your spice level. There is an aftertaste which is subjective -- so if you enjoy a dry rub you'll probably like it . Wait time was 15+ minutes for two orders and no orders ahead of ours. On the expensive side for fast food.
First time trying and always wanted to try hot chicken and went to this location for lunch. Had the no 4 combo, hot level and the sandwich was very good and decent amount of heat. French fries were ok. I will try another location again.

Food is always great here and the service is amazing! The workers treat you better than most restaurants! Victor was super helpful, and very attentive! Got the number 2, one medium and one hot, and was delicious! Best place for chicken in Visalia easily!!

The food was great the front cashier was the sweetest lady ever would definitely go again and definitely recommend ! There was a good amount of people and out order was out quickly :)
We arrived at 6pm, there was only one person working both the drive thru and register with about 5 people waiting in line. We finally ordered and the employee was very nice and helpful. It took over 25 minutes to get our food. Food was okay, not bad but not amazing. Chicken has good flavor, the sauce was not good at all, tasted like plain mayo.
