love the customer service and also the food is always hot and fresh never thought I'd like kale but it's good in the slaw chicken is awesome always moist and every time I come to the visalia store or the santa maria store you can tell they strive to have great customer service I will always come to daves for my chicken take out every time thanks guys and gals your crew members look like they love there job

Good size tender but mid seasoning need more flavor. Customer service was good very kind. Setting was good. Overall decent but I would recommend angrychickz instead down the street

Personal Thank You to Bobby the Manager at this location! He reached out to me for a small issue I had, was very quick to reach out and it wasn't an automated response, he personally reached out. Nice to see Leadership like that! Food shows it also! Everything was super fresh, so delicious! Highly recommend the Mac n Cheese! Creamy, cheesy, incredible! I picked up a larger order and ran some errands and by the time I was able to eat, the food was cold. So I came back to see if the food can be reheated. Marie was willing to try and use the steamer but to my surprise she came back with fresh food!! She replaced all the food with fresh items to ensure we enjoy the food. I haven't had customer service this good in a long time, huge shout out to her!!

Recently paid a visit to this location after a long travel day, and let me tell you Mayte was such a pleasant worker to have take my order. She was welcoming and accommodating when I first started to place my order. Before moving forward, she made sure my order was correct and if I wanted to add anything. I really like this chicken however what made me give them 5 stars was the music they were playing. Literal banger after banger. The lady up front was so nice too. Good chicken, good music, good vibes
