Personal Thank You to Bobby the Manager at this location! He reached out to me for a small issue I had, was very quick to reach out and it wasn't an automated response, he personally reached out. Nice to see Leadership like that! Food shows it also! Everything was super fresh, so delicious! Highly recommend the Mac n Cheese! Creamy, cheesy, incredible! Watching Jess eat it for the first time, discovering a new "go-to" chicken spot was awesome! She got the cauliflower bites and she did a happy dance they were so good! Three... read more

I picked up a larger order and ran some errands and by the time I was able to eat, the food was cold. So I came back to see if the food can be reheated. Marie was willing to try and use the steamer but to my surprise she came back with fresh food!! She replaced all the food with fresh items to ensure we enjoy the food. I haven't had customer service this good in a long time, huge shout out to her!!

Recently paid a visit to this location after a long travel day, and let me tell you Mayte was such a pleasant worker to have take my order. She was welcoming and accommodating when I first started to place my order. Before moving forward, she made sure my order was correct and if I wanted to add anything. When getting to the window to pay, her professionalism and joy continued. Even when it looked like she was the only one working, she made sure that I was well taken care of with great customer service and having the food I ... read more

I really like this chicken however what made me give them 5 stars was the music they were playing. Literal banger after banger. The lady up front was so nice too. Good chicken, good music, good vibes

Really good juicy chicken. I ordered hot, my wife ordered mild. Hot was just right. My wife said the mild was perfect for her. The sauce is good too. You just order up front but it was delivered fast. Atmosphere was great, lunch time so a bunch of business people were there.

I can think of multiple better chickens spots than this. Visalia is a small city so for the location and the options available I'll give it 3 stars. Service was great
