TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

I love their #4 Medium, just has the perfect heat and the pickles are amazing! Maria was great, she greeted me right away, asked me if I was new and suggested other menu items. She not once lost her smile and had control of the front of the house.
Nicholas is a life saver!!! My daughter and I went to go enjoy a tasty lunch, service was fast and friendly. After we left we had to make a quick return when we realized my daughter threw away her retainer! Nicholas went through the bag and found it for us! Thank you for saving my bank account, that's the best customer service a mom could ask for

First time ever trying Dave's.... I went through the drive-thru and ordered a #4 - slider and fries. They have several spice levels. I debated between mild lite and mild, eventually choosing mild. Drinks do not come with their combo meals. The order arrived quickly and my initial reaction was that the sliders are HUGE. The fries had that tummy spice mixture on it. First time visiting Dave's Hot Chicken. The food and service were fantastic and couldn't expect it to be any better. The moment my family and I walked in we were greeted by multiple workers explaining the menu and the different options and offering suggestions. Jody made the fantastic suggestion of adding honey to the sliders for a different taste. "It's bark is worse than it's bite." - My grandson and I were talking about Dave's Hot Chicken. He said he was amazed they had a location in Visalia. The next nearest Dave's is in San Luis Obispo. Great Nashville chicken sandwich. The ingredients tastes fresh, pickles were crunchy and the fries were awesome.. definitely one of the better chicken sandwiches I've had.. howlin rays in LA is better but only by a little bit
