Extra hot is definitely a spicy heat. Fries are crispy which I love but are heavily salted. The only disappointment was the sandwich was very light in the slaw. I didn't think there was any at all.

The restaurant was clean. Walls had fun, colorful graffiti art. Outdoor seating was available. Nicholas really brought his A game and was friendly and helpful in regards to any questions that the customers had. Of the 2 sliders I got, the chicken in one of them was a bit on the small side, but this was made up for by the ENORMOUS piece of chicken in the other slider. I'm hooked! Very delicious I think I've got it a total of 6 times already! Super good service and Mia Huerta was super nice and helpful with recommending what to try.

Ok...I already came back. I still think this is the best fried chicken strip in Visalia. I did kick it up a notch and got Hot. While I think medium will be fine for most people, Hot should be a good level for people that can take a little heat and not sensitive to spice. I'm not a chili head by any means, and I'd consider myself just above average when it comes to spice tolerance, and Hot was as high as Id ever go. First time we visited in Visalia, Louie was friendly and great at asking us what we needed. The chicken was so good!! It has a chill ambiance and was pretty busy when we came, but the food came out quick. :)

Great customer service!! One of the employees who's name is Iva was hella chill & friendly and very helpful!! Mac & cheese is the bomb.com. Definitely our new hot spot!!

I'll start off and saying this is my personal opinion. The service was good. Fast service, great accuracy of order taken, fresh food, fast at getting my food. Now for my opinion. The flavor for me was not that great. The sauce is good. That Mac a cheese is ok nothing crazy just your regular Mac and cheese. The heat was good. Did not like the slaw or the pickles. They kinda killed the sandwich for me. Did not eat all my food. Left me with a long lasting burping effect. So over all I will give them 3 stars nothing to talk down... read more
