First time trying and always wanted to try hot chicken and went to this location for lunch. Had the no 4 combo, hot level and the sandwich was very good and decent amount of heat. French fries were ok. I will try another location again.

Food is always great here and the service is amazing! The workers treat you better than most restaurants! Victor was super helpful, and very attentive! Got the number 2, one medium and one hot, and was delicious! Best place for chicken in Visalia easily!!

The food was great the front cashier was the sweetest lady ever would definitely go again and definitely recommend ! There was a good amount of people and out order was out quickly :)

Great food and great drive thru experience. Victor was amazing at the drive thru, had loads of energy and makes great conversation. Makes you feel really cared for as a customer
We arrived at 6pm, there was only one person working both the drive thru and register with about 5 people waiting in line. We finally ordered and the employee was very nice and helpful. It took over 25 minutes to get our food. Food was okay, not bad but not amazing. Chicken has good flavor, the sauce was not good at all, tasted like plain mayo.

Amazing service, phenomenal food, and fantastic employees! victor took very good care of our family, when we visited! he greeted us with a smile, and was just all around so nice! will be returning soon!
