TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Had no idea what the menu was or the 'big deal'. It was tasty. I got a mild chicken sandwich and medium tender. Wooo wee medium is too spicy. But mild was just perfect. Was crispy and juicy, fries crispy. Nothing worse than soggy fries. Enjoy!

a lot of food and spice level gets hot quick but worth it. restaurant was clean. service was fast.
Food tastes great, my 8 year old enjoyed the chicken strips, but he wasn't a fan of the Mac and Cheese. I had a chicken sandwich with some kick to it and fries that were great. I would recommend this place, just be warned it is a bit pricey.
Get the slider! Mild and medium are great. Hot is a little too much sometimes. Try the reaper if you dare (they make you sign a waiver). Bun, chicken, cole slaw, Mac n cheese, pickles and Dave sauce are the best meal.
Very very good. Great fries and the sauce is great to. Love the décor. The staff was totally on top of things with great attitudes.
TBH, never thought I'd say this about a hot chicken place. DELICIOUS. JUICY DELICIOUS. SO. GOOD. Got the Dave #3 MILD - comes with one (huge) chicken tender & one slider, pickles, & fries (upgraded to cheese fries, cheese on the side) for $12.99. Hubs and I shared these and it was perfect.
