TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Typically do not like fast food, too dry & flavorless. This place is an exception. I don't even like chicken as it is often prepared very "dry" and bland. But this place makes chicken - and supporting ingredients/sauces - like I never tasted before. Absolutely full of flavor, juicy, greasy (in a good way) and delicious. Been here a handful of times & can say the food, service & consistency is A+++.

I understand the hype. I support the hype. WOW. It's seems like such a simple meal but it was sooooo good. Their menu offers a variety of chicken tenders, breaded in different heat levels. We tried the #1 2 Tenders w/ Fries $11.99 & the #4 1 Slider w/ Fries add Cheese $10.48. The slider was delicious, served on a burger bun with slaw, Dave's sauce, and pickles. My first time in Dave's chicken. Chicken is delicious. I never experienced white sandwich bread that they cannot toast it or grill it.
Had no idea what the menu was or the 'big deal'. It was tasty. I got a mild chicken sandwich and medium tender. Wooo wee medium is too spicy. But mild was just perfect. Was crispy and juicy, fries crispy. Nothing worse than soggy fries. Enjoy!

a lot of food and spice level gets hot quick but worth it. restaurant was clean. service was fast.
Food tastes great, my 8 year old enjoyed the chicken strips, but he wasn't a fan of the Mac and Cheese. I had a chicken sandwich with some kick to it and fries that were great. I would recommend this place, just be warned it is a bit pricey.
