TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Okay. Finally tried Dave's hot chicken in mission viejo. It was good all around for sure. 7 levels of spice and I chose medium for my slider meal. Very nicely done for sure. The fries are crinkle variety, which i think are some of the best in the world and they have a nice seasoning that goes on them. The extra sauce they give you on the side is a little sweeter than like a raising canes sauce, but it's good. They put a little bit of coleslaw on the slider. I've been to other Dave's hot chicken location, but I feel like this was the best one. The chicken was juicy and perfectly seasoned. Service was quick and friendly. I love the interior and how each Dave's is unique inside based on the location. I didn't get an upset stomach after eating this either which I've experienced at other locations. Daves is definitely a solid hot chicken spot!

Awesome customer service! The food was fresh and came out fairly quick. The Employees were very helpful.
Everything is good just don't get hotter than you know and tenders on point with or without sandwich.
