Service & food was amazing! Though they were experiencing some technical difficulties with the shake machine & IPOS system, they went above and beyond to guarantee our satisfaction such as providing an extra drink and pan exceptional discount! I would highly recommend this location. They won't disappoint!
I want to commend Aisha for her excellent customer service skills. It was my first time in your establishment and I was a bit nervous. However, Aisha was super friendly, welcoming. and knowledgeable of the menu items. I tried the Dave's Number 2 combo and it was delicious! Thank you, Ms. Aisha for an awesome new experience. She deserves a raise! I will return soon!
Bethzy, I believe is her name but the young lady who was working at 11:30 pm is always a delight when I come to this location. She's went above and beyond not only for me but everyone in the lobby. Thank you for being so genuine.
Came in for lunch today. It was my first time trying this place. I got the slider combo-hot with fries. From the customer service to the food, everything was fantastic. Iesha was absolutely amazing, not only friendly but very helpful in walking me through the menu and helping me make my selection. The hot slider was so delicious and the perfect amount heat. They have two hotter options and I'm glad I stuck with the hot. lol. So satisfied with my first time experience here and I look forward to coming back soon.
I was assisted by Marquez, and I can't say enough good things about his customer service! From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm smile and a genuinely friendly attitude. He was super attentive, patient, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. We've been wanting to try this for a while. The restaurant is very clean and the customer service was great. I got the chicken strips which come with fries, 2 pcs white bread and the special sauce. Adding honey to the sauce is really good. The seasoning reminds me of a dry rub sauce. Wasn't what I was expecting texture wise but it wasn't bad. The chicken was very tender which I enjoyed and made it easier to eat.
I order from this place on DoorDash and I always order extra of their special sauce and every single time they've forgotten it and had to get a refund on DoorDash when I just really want my sauce if you employee there who's lazy to read please go back to your 1st grade reading level and pick up some books please like you still got a chance at educating yourself either get it right or just don't work there at all
