Shout out to Aisha for getting my order handled and shout out to the cooks for delivering the flavor. Came for the slider deal day and also got a shake and the top loaded fries. Haven't been to this location so nice to have one closer to home :) Lots of wall art and seating too

As an overnight worker who orders from uber eats late at night, I was thoroughly pleased with my order. Many places will just put bad quality food in your bag for uber eats orders ESPECIALLY close to closing. I ordered my food about 25 minutes before they closed and I have absolutely no complaints about the quality and taste of the food I received!! I went to a Lorde concert the other day, and as I was leaving and the street vendors were trying to sell me hot dogs, all I could think about was Dave's. So of course my friend and I found one on the way home and luckily it was open late and not crowded! It was a perfect setting for a late night snack and concert debrief. I'm a regular customer here and the employee named Nichole is always so welcoming and helpful! My face lights up when I see her working the front! She stands out from other employees and makes sure to ask if I'd like cheese/pickles/kale slaw with my sliders. They're not for me, but I'm sure other customers would appreciate the gesture. Sometimes I even forget they exist, so it's always good to make sure.

I came to this Dave's Hot Chicken location on accident and had such a good experience that I had to leave a review. Nicole helped me out at the counter and her customer service was on point!! super friendly, patient, and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. You can tell she genuinely cares about her job, which you don't always see in fast casual spots. Between the food being fire and the staff making you feel welcome, this location is definitely worth coming back to.

Amanda was such a great customer service rep for this company, I tried to tip her but the machine wouldn't take it. She told me it was ok and that she just wanted to put a smile on our faces. She offered great recommendations

The customer service is always great in Lakewood....very nice and helpful employees. My daughter really likes just the chicken. $5.00 for a chicken tender sounds like a lot, but they are usually big enough. When you get smaller tenders, then the place is way overpriced. My problem is with the side. I'm sure lots of people are fine with the selection, but does anyone really like the mac and cheese??? It's like KFC, and that's pretty awful.
