The customer service is always great in Lakewood....very nice and helpful employees. My daughter really likes just the chicken. $5.00 for a chicken tender sounds like a lot, but they are usually big enough. When you get smaller tenders, then the place is way overpriced. My problem is with the side. I'm sure lots of people are fine with the selection, but does anyone really like the mac and cheese??? It's like KFC, and that's pretty awful. Honey mixed with Dave's sauce makes an excellent dipping sauce for the huge sized tenders, or pour the honey mixed with Dave's sauce over the sliders for an unexpected sweet & spicey treat.
Food is delicious.. the wait time can be a bit excessive. But overall worth the wait. They stay open late so if you're looking for something to eat in the area this is a good spot! The ambiance is typical fast food vibes . But I enjoy it. I wouldn't recommend their drinks.. 3/3 times I got their drinks... they were flat.

Aisha treated us spectacularly on our first visit to Dave's. We are visiting but we will find another location near us. Chicken was far superior to most any other chain. Crinkle cut fries crispy with a bit of spice. We are fans!
Perfect late night food with good quality and service! Highly recommend this location
