Food was delivered quickly and efficiently while fresh, but it wasn't spicy in the slightest. The restaurant looked cool but the food itself was extremely disappointing. You can't call yourselves "Dave's Hot Chicken" and have a medium level heat be not spicy whatsoever. I would MUCH rather go to other spicy chicken places like Mother Clucker who consistently deliver.

Staff were rude and uninterested in helping. The sandwich was well below the Dave's standard I have had at all other locations. Super disappointing because the restaurant looks so awesome on the outside.
