Staff were rude and uninterested in helping. The sandwich was well below the Dave's standard I have had at all other locations. Super disappointing because the restaurant looks so awesome on the outside.

Oh look...another national chain chicken joint invading /expanding into Kansas City. This addition to Westport is just a block down from Taco Bell and only a couple more from Raising Cane's Chicken - slow down on the chains Westport; you have a reputation to preserve...this isn't a suburban strip mall. Dave's forte' is Nashville style hot chicken and I ordered the 10 piece bites with fries - hot. The chicken was tender and the amount of heat was good without overpowering, but the dry rub that produces the kick was just a gr... read more

If I could give zero stars..... I've been here 20 minutes, and two orders have been served, THIS IS FAST FOOD... when I paid (I know some of you all will hate this) she asked me if I want to leave a tip.. at a fast food place, for her to stand lazily behind the register and side eye me for asking how hot the hot chicken was.. lazy, rude, and slow.
