Too much red seasoning powder on tenders my hands got red powder all over but test was fine tenders were on dry side.

Bought a party box of 10 sliders and box of fried when I didn't receive any Dave's sauce in the sliders and the packets the manager was being very stingy with the honey packets only giving us about 5 of them. I like the food but the Dave's sauce and honey packets are a must when it comes to the sliders, tenders, fries and even the bread.

was looking forward to trying this place out but ended up going on a random Tuesday and many people waiting for 30+ minutes including ourselves. Then in the end we received the wrong thing anyways. don't think I'd try again.

was looking forward to trying this place out but ended up going on a random Tuesday and many people waiting for 30+ minutes including ourselves. Then in the end we received the wrong thing anyways. don't think I'd try again.

Came in at 10:59 today..door was unlocked. Manager sitting at a table on the computer said we needed to wait 5 minutes cause they don't open til 11 and couldn't have people inside. (Huh?) I asked if we needed to step out, he said just stand by the door. Before we finished our conversation, the clock had struck 11. As we waited our 5 minute long minute til they opened, a slew of people came in and walked around us up to the counter. Food is good. But not worth the 20 minute wait for an online order. Twice. Gave them two chances. Waited extremely long while my family was in the car, in the cold. Didn't even get a "sorry for the wait" but the folks behind did.
