TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

After hearing so much about this place I had to try it out, it's honestly pretty good! The chicken is crunchy and stays crunchy even when it gets cold. The sauce is alright, you'll enjoy it if you like mayonnaise. The chicken was fresh and hot, fries were crispy, and the pickles are perfect as a palette cleanser between bites. This place in particular was pretty spacious, so I enjoyed that. Lots of flavor, good chicken. Good service, long line but I take that as a good sign. Got the mild chicken, not too spicy.

It is tasty chicken! They are fast and friendly too. I am a baby about spicy so I got Mild and Lite Mild. My boyfriend likes the Medium. The fries are amazing too! I highly recommend.
