TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Fast service, great management, and clean restaurant. First order was made incorrectly and management stepped up and had correct order out quickly. Food tasted very fresh and flavorful. Glad to have a new hot chicken spot!
I've always been curious about the hot chicken places but haven't been. Decided to come in for lunch today and had a great experience. The cashier (the receipt said her name was Skye) was amazingly welcoming and had really great customer service skills. Apparently I'm turning in to my parents, so I had a lot of questions and a couple of dad jokes about the spice level. She was patient and kind. And always working and moving, never staying still. Food: Fresh and yummmmmy! Service: Friendly. Ambience: Relaxed (around 4:30p) 5 out of 5 for me. Personally, Dave's sauce greater than Cane's sauce. The kale slaw is unique and delish. The mac n'cheese has some seasoning and also very tasty. Furthermore, you can customize the spice on each tender! Will be going back soon for sure.
