The food was good, but the enormous wait was unbearable. We waited 30 minutes in the drive through and they took 2 tenders from one of my orders and left ingredients on my slider that I asked to be taken off. The service was horrible and I will not be going back.

Ok so we didn't like it. Described as "if you like Cane's you will love this." We like Cane's and did not like this. Here's why: Two combos, some individual items, $48. Mild sliders: large size, generous portion, tenders are wet with an oil and arguably not done-wasn't to me, they said it was. I did not like the consistency of the exterior or thick wet breading or the slimy wet gristle down the center in the one bite I took. Was replaced with a plain one I took to go. Dave's hot chicken.... First off it's hot chicken which means spicy chicken for all the idiots who don't know that . The food here is ok what I mean by that is that the chicken itself yes it comes out hot and fresh sometimes .... But it can and will come out cold like it's been sitting there for a few minutes. Because the staff here are super slow and terrible and literally they don't care about anything at all like if you have a bad experience they won't do anything at all . I was told by a staff member that all the managers can't speak English! It was impossible to even try and get feedback.

Staff are slow. I asked to cancel my order due to the wait time being too long. They said they would not be able to refund me until 3 days. So I told them I would keep my order and sat there waiting in FRONT of them. He did not tell us our food was ready meanwhile he saw us just sitting there? Manager was nonchalant about assisting us and did not help the situation. Very disappointing to wait for 30minutes for cold food. Enjoy Dave's but I will not return to this location. Very frustrating

This was my first visit to Dave's hot Chicken in Webster, TX and I was very disappointed. As someone who prefers to cook and eat leftovers, my lunch today left a lot to be desires. I placed my order around 11am with a pick up time of 11:25. I got to the restaurant at 11:13 and my food was already on the pickup shelf. It was barely warm and the fries were closer to cold than room temp. Pickles were delish and so was the Dave's sauce. Maybe lunch time is not the time to go.

My wife both got food poisoning about 6-8 hour after we ate the food. We are throwing up with diarrhea as well. Something wasn't cooked right at all
