Worst service ever! No one even answered at the drive thru menu. We had to pull around to the window. No apologies. They take forever! We ordered medium heat and it had no spice at all. Asked for honey and got none.

The girl at the window had a great attitude, but it was my first time and all my food was wrong. I ordered the chicken and waffles which come with 6 bites and only got 3 in my order. I got the rocket crème slushee which only got red slush in it and not blue. Which they had the blue slush at the time. And I asked for a single cauli tender and got charged and received a whole slider meal. The only thing that was right about my order was the side of Mac and cheese. Which not having the whole menu listed on the board is a bummer... read more

I ate there and got food poisoning something wasn't cooked properly. I would not recommend to anyone

I went to this location, a while back, and I was surprised. Not my normal location, but since I was in the area, I decided to go to this Dave's hot because it's my favorite restaurant. I was kind of disappointed at the service of this location compared to my local Dave's hot which is a five star in my opinion. Just minor things that could be fixed there such as employee attitude, and food speed. Other than that, it still tasted good.

The wait was long to order, and they don't really have many options. The food is okay, but I don't think it's worth the hype. The ambience of the place is nice, I just wish the food was a bit better.
