Me and my wife stopped by after doing some grocery shopping as we were hungry and we'd seen ads on social media and driven past it a few times. We went through the drive thru and it was about 10 minutes until we got to order and another 10 until we got to the window, I think it's ridiculous to have to wait this long for fast food btw, then when we get to the window our food still isn't ready and all the employees seem to be messing around and wasting time, and this is for about another 10 minutes so in total we were waiting ... read more

The food I received was room temperature. There wasn't anything HOT about my chicken. The workers lacked customer service. I received a bunch of stares instead of friendly welcoming faces. Since this is a new location you would think it would have more of a welcoming atmosphere. I think the bread offered with the chicken tenders should be changed to something lightly toasted and buttered. This location needs to make some changes. Know wants to pay for overpriced food that's not served hot and fresh.

Spent more time waiting for my order to get taken than actually eating. They multiple registers open but only one person taking orders. You are better off just placing an order online than getting in line, you'll get it faster. Food is good though. Abysmal service

To be honest, i've had the one in LA... idk what they are doing here but that chicken shouldn't taste straight on like powdered seasoning. it just shouldn't. Do not order the cheese unless you like sliced kraft cheese that's usually dry when you get it so it tastes like plastic. the amount of coleslaw was like a taste tested amount. pickles were good tho. fries were heavily seasoned i couldn't finish them. chicken itself was juicy, cooked well. i did add honey packets to mine, it helped with the powder seasoning. it's heavil... read more
