We tried this place for the first time yesterday. Overall good experience and would go again. The decor is casual and contemporary, with street-art style murals on the walls and high ceilings that give it a renovated warehouse vibe, despite being located smack in the middle of a suburban strip mall. I love the retro vibes, the woman who took our order, Erica, was absolutely delightful, and the food is amazing. I've never been here before, but I'd absolutely come again.

Finally made it to my chicken restaurant! I had heard a lot about Dave's Hot Chicken opening in Vestavia Hills. It occupies the space where IronStone Pizza used to be in the large outdoor shopping center off Montgomery Hwy in the heart of the City Center. DHC is a casual fast food chicken restaurant chain that started in Los Angeles, California in 2017. The chain has now expanded to over 100 locations in four countries in 2022. Had to visit as my daughter has been seeing it all over tick toc. It was ok. Not great but not too bad. Don't see all the hype.
