I recently visited Dave's Hot Chicken for the first time, and overall, it was a great experience! The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant itself was very clean and well maintained! It was very refreshing to see a positive atmosphere in such a busy environment! Ok the biggest juicy tender! I got them and the sandwiches medium and i can't hang but it was so juicy and delicious. And the fries are seasoned so they were good even without the sauce. Another great fast food joint. (I'd pass on the Powerade slushy though, it was so watered down)
Pretty good chicken, very well seasoned and I thought the portions were good. Decently priced- will deff be back.
Service was quick but was crowded. Food was subpar, maybe I ordered the wrong thing but I got the chicken bites, and it was just ok. The ice cream shake gave me a stomachache unfortunately...pretty disappointed as I was looking forward to this place. The ambiance and theming was cool.

La la la lavaaa. Chi-chi-chi-chicken. I've never heard of Dave's Hot Chicken but it sure got me wanting to sing the Steve's Lava Chicken song (IYKYK). Lots of hype about this place so I made sure to come by... several weeks after opening and during lunch to avoid crowds of course! The staff here are very polite and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised that amidst the crowd, they all remained calm and very pleasant. Food is served quickly and prices are affordable considering the amount of food. The chicken slider (hot) was indeed hot with a good flavor. The fries have a great crunch. But, soooo salty! I couldn't finish them and I love fries. Security is also outside of the restaurant as it gets very crowded and there are a lot of energetic teens dining

Never heard of Dave's Hot Chicken until I saw they were opening in Nassau and there was a huge buzz about it. Figured we'd go check it out after a kids outing that was around the area. Considering it's a fast food joint, my husband did not have high expectations of the place. Dave, I love you man. That was some damn good chicken! Normally I'd say that chicken was fire but on Thursday I was wiping my eyes from the heat. The spice level was hot, the next time I come I'll kick it down a notch. This is not "Nashville style" chicken, the heat is controlled by the spice rub. First time here, I grabbed a two piece chicken tender combo and a fountain drink. Love Dave's Hot Chicken! This location has it together and the spice levels are consistent. The staff were attentive and professional. Great location with parking and also large windows for natural light. Plenty of seating and organized layout.
