Dave's Hot Chicken has finally made it to the Island!! My favorite hot chicken sandwich hands down and I'm so happy they're here. It's day two so the lines are extremely long but they're efficient and kept it moving. Customer Service? Amazing, 5 stars. I got 2 sliders and cheese fries and it was just like I remembered. Thick, juicy and spicy as hell! I love it!! I also ordered a single slider, mild for my wife and that's where something went wrong unfortunately. I had a terrible experience at this Dave's Hot Chicken location. I ordered buffalo chicken and paid for it. While waiting for my order, I noticed on the receipt that it had been entered as BBQ instead of buffalo. I went back to the counter and politely explained that I had ordered buffalo, not BBQ. Instead of correcting the mistake, the employee told me that the BBQ chicken had already been made. Horrible it had to much seasoning and i threw up when i got home and the sandwich was bad even the mozzarella it was so hard and was not good DONT GO HERE

Absolutely horrible. I didn't even get the spicy chicken and I was literally pissing out of my butt! I do not recommend getting food from here if you want to be able to sit down after. I was in tears!! I hope I don't have worms now. Please ask what ingredients are being used before you order because I am almost 150% sure that they use laxatives in their seasonings. sauce was good.

Food did not live up to expectations at all. Service was alright got my food in a respectful manner. The room vibe was good very kind full. But the food was really bad with a funky smell

Customer service was ok, restaurant was clean so this isn't about that. Wanted to try it and thought maybe it would be similar to Hattie B's, since there are none in NY, and you can't go wrong with hot chicken. Ordered the tenders meal, which didn't include a drink, at medium level heat. The chicken lacked flavor. It's almost as if they depend on the spices to carry the flavor, but it's just spice. This food was very horrible. I felt like it was a waste of time. The chicken was prepared than seasoned. The bread was on the dryer side. The fries were cold. The juice was extremely sweet the chairs in which we sat at was very uncomfortable.

Decided to give the restaurant a try and isn't worth the hype! Prices were expensive and you don't even get a drink with the combo meals! The staff was sweet and everything was clean but the chicken was just ok! Probably won't be coming back
