Customer service was ok, restaurant was clean so this isn't about that. Wanted to try it and thought maybe it would be similar to Hattie B's, since there are none in NY, and you can't go wrong with hot chicken. Ordered the tenders meal, which didn't include a drink, at medium level heat. The chicken lacked flavor. It's almost as if they depend on the spices to carry the flavor, but it's just spice. This food was very horrible. I felt like it was a waste of time. The chicken was prepared than seasoned. The bread was on the dryer side. The fries were cold. The juice was extremely sweet the chairs in which we sat at was very uncomfortable.

Decided to give the restaurant a try and isn't worth the hype! Prices were expensive and you don't even get a drink with the combo meals! The staff was sweet and everything was clean but the chicken was just ok! Probably won't be coming back
