My first time in. There is a roped off line and also kiosks to the side. I wasn't sure if I needed to order at the kiosk - if that could expedite my wait but I decided to wait for the cashier. I ordered the #2 to go (two sandwiches with fries) spice level hot- it was hot! But a good amount for me. There were 2 or 3 more levels after hot. I waited maybe 7 minutes for my food to come out. I can see how every sugar addicted American could love this place. I found every single thing I tried to be too sweet, including the reaper rub. Service was pretty good, about what we expected; and the atmosphere was as advertised, bright colors, loud music, lots to look at. The food and service here are awesome! Plenty of seating inside and outside, too! (Parking can be an issue at busy times, but we haven't had an issue finding a spot.) My kids loved the chicken sandwich without any heat. They said the fries and Mac and cheese are also "peak". I have had the mild and the medium, and I loved the medium! I wasn't super hungry so I just ordered a slider. It was fresh, hot and crispy, with a nice bun. There's some heat, but not too much. Service was friendly. I'll go back to try some more of the menu.

The chicken is tender and juicy and everyone is cool and laid back. However it is in a small parking lot. Theres a towing company that just sits and waits for people get out of they car so they can take your ride.

I'm a big fan of their app. The restaurant tends to be busy and always have a line...the app allows you to skip the line and works well. The chicken is consistent and unlike any I've had before. I was anticipating a "wet" chicken with a sauce and was intrigued by the fact that all the flavor is in the breading. The chicken has a great flavor and I find the medium heat to be easy to eat and full of flavor. The hot was good as well and is about as hot as I enjoy eating. I took my niece there, she absolutely enjoyed their food. She wanted so much to try their hot chicken; where you have to sign a waiver. But she's not 18. So not on my watch.

Absolutely loved this place! From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming and professional. The food was fresh, flavorful, and portion sizes were generous. The dessert menu was impressive too the cheesecake was divine. Highly recommend for both family dinners and casual outings.

This franchise is relatively new to the city, but it's been packed ever since it opened. They have compact menu that doesn't overwhelm of quick chicken based meals at different levels of spice which you can choose to your liking. The staff works promptly and there are TWO order placing lines (which a lot more places should have) to keep things moving and your order is prepared rather quickly.
