I was VERY impressed with the staff at Dave's hot chicken. I visited the second weekend they were open and the line was out the door, but the staff absolutely kept their composure and worked like a well-oiled machine. They were friendly, made sure to clean up to the best of their ability despite how crazy busy they were. The staff was quick and knowledgeable! I cannot rave about them enough. Went back for more Dave's Hot Chicken! This time was better than the first time! My son was rather envious that he didn't make it to the grand opening and after having his wisdom teeth removed he couldn't wait any longer! Wait time was very reasonable and the food was delicious! Honestly folks, it's dang good food. Fresh, seasoned to perfection and the staff is great. It's hard to complain about anything. Portion size is legit and tasty.

My first time at DHC and it didn't disappoint. When I went the line was wrapped around the corner but the wait didn't even feel long, service was extremely quick despite the building being packed with people. My order was a Dave's #3 slider and tender and it was somewhat impressive. I got them hot but it didn't have any real kick to it then, but the sauce with it was perfection. Let's start with the obnoxious and finish strong -- There were two lines and I picked the wrong one ... it was extremely painful and felt a lot like being in the wrong line at the airport... except, here, you get to see numerous people come in after you and get their food before you... anyway... once I got over that... My first DHC experience and I've waited for this moment for years (don't judge). It did not disappoint! This new location is beautiful and clean (only a week old so yes makes sense but still inviting). Lots of seating options, both inside and out. We arrived really early (for us) and the line was already starting, but we passed by later in the day and it remained about the same. They get you through that line impressively fast. Two slider combo. So good! Biggest "sliders" I've ever had lol Could pick the spice level and it actually matched what you pick. I went with hot and it was the perfect level of kick. Pumped this opened up in Greensboro!

Well, it is like a neighborhood mini fast food. It's always packed so I knew I had to try!!! Plus they're HALAL!!! Which is always a go-to for me. The chicken is tasty. I can't say it's lifechanging haha but they're good! Dealbreaker for me was that line. It's just a wait tooooo long for a fast food meal. Will I visit again? Yes, when I don't wait 40 minutes for line and food.
