As other people have said - DO NOT park next door where Outback is- you will get towed! They have thugs in the parking lot just looking for people to park and walk over to Dave's. I only parked there because traffic is tricky this stretch of Battleground Ave. I went in to get a to go order (15 minutes only) and when I got out my car was GONE. $362 later and halfway to Burlington I got my car back. Walk up and order and pick up food at the counter. Cute place. They have heat choices ranging from No spice to Reaper with 5 levels in between. I'm the first to like spice. Love jalapeños, Franks, Tabasco. I thought hot would be good. Level 5 of 7. Uhm, WAY too hot. Couldn't taste food. Too overpowering for my taste. Chicken, slaw and pickles were good. The hype was very played, unfortunately the food was very disappointing. (To each their own) the breading on the tenders made the experience even worse. The breading felt under done and mushy. If I peeled all the breading and over seasoning off I am left with a plain Jane tender which is way better. The Dave sauce was very sweet and taste like something you can get off of Pinterest, very very disappointed. The loaded fries...could have better excuted. Hit or miss. Sometimes the chicken is large in size and hot, sometimes it's small and barely warm which was the case today. Arrived around 11:45 and no line. Cashier was nice and said there were no water cups. This is the second time I experienced this out of 5 visits. I asked for a regular cup and told his manager told him to not give out cups. Went in an got taken care of right away. Order a 3 tender meal and thought the chicken was fairly dry. I've had Nashville Hot Chicken before and this did not impress. And for the amount food you get it's pretty overpriced. Definitely will not be back.

Someone from this business responded to my review and requested I go to the corporate site to submit feedback "to make it right", so I did. What was the point if no one was going to respond? Terrible customer service from an expensive, over priced fast food joint.
