The hype was very played, unfortunately the food was very disappointing. (To each their own) the breading on the tenders made the experience even worse. The breading felt under done and mushy. If I peeled all the breading and over seasoning off I am left with a plain Jane tender which is way better. The Dave sauce was very sweet and taste like something you can get off of Pinterest, very very disappointed. The loaded fries...could have better excuted. First time I try this place. Service was good. However food is very very salty. I wouldn't go eat here again.

Hit or miss. Sometimes the chicken is large in size and hot, sometimes it's small and barely warm which was the case today. Arrived around 11:45 and no line. Cashier was nice and said there were no water cups. This is the second time I experienced this out of 5 visits. I asked for a regular cup and told his manager told him to not give out cups. Went in an got taken care of right away. Order a 3 tender meal and thought the chicken was fairly dry. I've had Nashville Hot Chicken before and this did not impress. And for the amount food you get it's pretty overpriced. Definitely will not be back.

Someone from this business responded to my review and requested I go to the corporate site to submit feedback "to make it right", so I did. What was the point if no one was going to respond? Terrible customer service from an expensive, over priced fast food joint.

there's just such better chicken restaurants out there and the flavor is just not worth the prices. service is amazing and the inside of the restaurant has a great family vibe too it as well as hangout vibe, i can understand why it's trending. Just feel the "best chicken by far" is a big stretch and you could save money and have better tasting food.

I liked my sandwich at this restaurant, and the service was adequate, but the noise here is simply unbearable. Not only is the music too loud, they turn up the volume on their PA system to the point where it becomes deafening. Ugh! I'm very sorry, but unless they make a big change, I can't eat here.

Beginning with the positive...The young man that took my order was AMAZING. He was very enthusiastic about the food and sold the 2-piece tenders very well for my first visit. The chicken did not meet my expectation (to say the least). The chicken was scorched and the grease seemed to be old. The fries were good, however, I was unable to finish my plate due to becoming nauseous. I am an avid cook at home so take this into consideration with the lack luster review.
