Food is amazing everytime however, i've gone several times with multiple different people as a passenger and every time workers are completely rude. originally i let it go as a bad experience when they messed up my order and then told me "can't you just have that instead" and got annoyed and started ignoring me when i asked for the food i paid for, then it kept reoccurring with the attitude and problems. Mary was very rude and has horrible customer service skills she left me very unsatisfied with my visit, until trey came over to my table and apologized he had amazing customer service and fixed the problem right away which was very appreciated.

This isn't the first time I've had issues with this Dave's. I placed a mobile order and arrived on time, but once again, they told me it wasn't ready. I ended up waiting over 10 minutes before going back to the counter just to remind them I had a mobile order. The whole point of ordering ahead is to save time, but that never seems to happen here. Very disappointing.

How tf you burn the bun to the point it matches the box n u still use it? lazy workers all up here that why it be taking 1hr+ to get yo food. houston hot chicken in tempe is where it at if you want some real hot ckn n the fries actually crispy there too.

Make sure you check your bags when you leave this location. Seems like they have some incompetent people working. I didn't get any of my extra sauces that I spent money on. I also didn't get any of the utensils, napkins, honey packets or ketchup I added to the order. On top of that, they won't let you pick up to go orders through the drive through. No car in line or anything and I still had to go inside and stand in line and be ignored over and over again. What could have been a 1 minute pick up turned into me standing there... read more

I'm a fan of Dave's Hot Chicken, but unfortunately this location was disappointing. The place was out of stock with napkins and utensils, tables were not clean, and the food itself did not taste made to order hot. The chicken is usually pretty tender but this location served semi dry and lukewarm tenders. It's unfortunate because this location is so close but this experience may keep me from going as much as I would have.

Food was good, the service was not. I placed a pick up order that was supposed to be ready at 10:54. After waiting 5 minutes for the cashier to finish a conversation with her friends that came to see her at work, she finally asked if she could help me. I told her I had a pick up order and I was told they are working on it. Her attitude made me feel like I was an annoyance to her, even though I was a customer who already paid for my food. I will not be coming back here anymore. I used to come here only my weekly cheat meal, the Mac was pretty good. The food is good, and the spicy level is actually spicy and so my family and myself were big time regulars but then I had an issue, every time I went and scanned my points they never showed up even though the cashier would scan them.
