Despite being extremely busy, the service was great. Food came out hot and fresh! We will be back.
Definitely needed to go try it out. During their opening weekend we saw crazy lines, but it was worth it. Music is right, and the flavors are on point! The whole family was pleased we were patient and stayed
Our family was really excited to finally have a Dave's Hot Chicken open in Goodyear after visiting the Anaheim location near Disneyland several times. We've always enjoyed the food and the vibe, so we had high hopes for this new spot. It's great that they offer a military discount here, though it's worth noting that the Anaheim location is twice as generous with theirs--which felt a little disappointing by comparison. The spices were way too excessive! Made the experience horrible! The chicken had so many spices, it tasted bitter! So Gross!

Today me and my husband went here for lunch we went through the drive through sat there for a good 20 minutes no one said nothing over the intercom so we decided we'll just go inside well again waited another 25 min for our food very unhappy.

wait time is ridiculous. Mobile ordered ahead of time and it took 10 minutes to drive here + 45 minutes of waiting inside. You can see all the mobile orders coming in on the big tv and none of them were getting sent out until til 45 minutes later that I've been sitting here

Food is amazing everytime however, i've gone several times with multiple different people as a passenger and every time workers are completely rude. originally i let it go as a bad experience when they messed up my order and then told me "can't you just have that instead" and got annoyed and started ignoring me when i asked for the food i paid for, then it kept reoccurring with the attitude and problems. Mary was very rude and has horrible customer service skills she left me very unsatisfied with my visit, until trey came over to my table and apologized he had amazing customer service and fixed the problem right away which was very appreciated.
