First of all, the ordering process is way too long. Waited for two hours and food was ok, not worth the wait. I know it's new, but food is just ok, nothing to brag about. I know staff works hard to manage overwhelming crowd, but the food is well ?

Came to this location at 12:30am after the movies. After waiting in the drive through for 30 minutes, and when it conveniently turned 1am (close time), a worker came out and said Dave's Hot Chicken ... ran out of chicken? Clearly teenagers just wanting close up shop. Horrible first experience.

The wait itself diminishes the experience substantially. Waiting for an hour and 45 mins In Drive-thru is ridiculous. Other places like In and Out and chick fila have very similar lines and popularity yet they have a very effective system. Seen several people in line (dining area)walk out with their food within 20 mins while all the people in drivethru are waiting an hour and a half. Not eating here again.

Don't bother yet. My kids got in line at 7:15, ordered at 8:18, and got their food at 9:04-well, most of it. Being dumb enough to wait in line an hour before ordering is one thing, but having to wait 40 minutes to receive the food after ordering is unacceptable. Getting the food 40 minutes later and discovering one of the meals you paid for is missing is beyond ridiculous. We won't be back for a long time.

Go to Chik fila or give slim chickens a chance. Wait here is ridiculous even if you order online. Employees are clueless on orders everyone is looking back at the kitchen cuz they can't fry these things fast enough.
