Our family was really excited to finally have a Dave's Hot Chicken open in Goodyear after visiting the Anaheim location near Disneyland several times. We've always enjoyed the food and the vibe, so we had high hopes for this new spot. It's great that they offer a military discount here, though it's worth noting that the Anaheim location is twice as generous with theirs--which felt a little disappointing by comparison. First time here at the Goodyear location, short staffed and nobody attending nothing only one person in the front while struggling to attend me and bag up orders and helping doordashers while aswell tables and trash are dirty.Saw someone in a collard shirt overworking waited at least 15-20 mins they need to be observing each store ensuring consistency which seems like they are not doing at well when last time at surprise location was straight burnt chicken and only got a free slider card ,when its not even a sit down restau... read more

I have given Dave's like five chances and every time they fall short. The taste isn't bad overall but they can never seem to get the order right. I go for 2 sandwiches and ask for ONE with no kale slaw or pickles but they remove them from BOTH. What's most frustrating is that they repeat the order correctly but never deliver it right. Something is always missing or twice they straight up messed up and gave my order to the car in front of me so I'm left waiting longer for them to remake it. You've seen my last dollar.

Had my first and last one on Monday. Had the medium hot and hated the powder they duped it into. What the hell! Had it all over my hands and couldn't get past the fact it was dipped into some kind of flavored flour! Never again

The spices were way too excessive! Made the experience horrible! The chicken had so many spices, it tasted bitter! So Gross!

Today me and my husband went here for lunch we went through the drive through sat there for a good 20 minutes no one said nothing over the intercom so we decided we'll just go inside well again waited another 25 min for our food very unhappy.

wait time is ridiculous. Mobile ordered ahead of time and it took 10 minutes to drive here + 45 minutes of waiting inside. You can see all the mobile orders coming in on the big tv and none of them were getting sent out until til 45 minutes later that I've been sitting here
