I'm a fan of Dave's Hot Chicken, but unfortunately this location was disappointing. The place was out of stock with napkins and utensils, tables were not clean, and the food itself did not taste made to order hot. The chicken is usually pretty tender but this location served semi dry and lukewarm tenders. It's unfortunate because this location is so close but this experience may keep me from going as much as I would have.

Food was good, the service was not. I placed a pick up order that was supposed to be ready at 10:54. After waiting 5 minutes for the cashier to finish a conversation with her friends that came to see her at work, she finally asked if she could help me. I told her I had a pick up order and I was told they are working on it. Her attitude made me feel like I was an annoyance to her, even though I was a customer who already paid for my food. I will not be coming back here anymore. I used to come here only my weekly cheat meal, the Mac was pretty good. The food is good, and the spicy level is actually spicy and so my family and myself were big time regulars but then I had an issue, every time I went and scanned my points they never showed up even though the cashier would scan them. I came the opening day and waited which was a long wait however it was opening day. I have tried going back a couple more times and even on a non busy day it takes them forever in the drive thru. There was only four cars ahead and still took almost an hour to get through the drive thru. The food is good once you get it. But the wait isn't worth it.

Sunday at 5. Been in the drive Thru line almost an hour. Averaging 10 minutes per car. Not sure any food is worth this wait.

What is with all the hype about? Restaurant small inside & you might as well be dinning with people in line placing orders. Food was salty with no chicken taste just spiced out & VERY expensive; meal & side $29. Next time will go to sit-down restaurant. Won't be back.

the food is so salty!!! They used pounds of Larry's seasoning only. Definitely the worst chicken I ever had.

I already know the food is gonna fire. I drove 25 min just to get me some. But waiting 45 min inside this tiny little box of a restaurant... it was too much. They took a new order every 30 seconds, and an order came out every 10 minutes. Was starting to feel like Astro World in there I debated leaving without my food. Hope I make it outa here!

Whatever you do don't go through the drive waited 40 minutes and it wasn't even busy at all!!!!! They need to get their management together!!
