I wasn't sure what to expect when finding tax help with Thumbtack, but I was very pleasantly surprised by how professional and responsive Mr. Beck is. He made sure to answer all my questions promptly, and he demonstrated competence and confidence in his service. If I need tax services in the future I will certainly use him again, and I would highly recommend him to anyone else needing tax services.

I provided h with my W2 and he failed to properly file the required documentation which resulted in unwarranted fines and judgements due to his lack of professionalism and refusal to provide the services for which I provided him payment for. Very unprofessional and unresponsive and avoid at all costs

Olrick provided an incomplete W-2 at filing time and his returns were completed accurately with regard to all provided documentation. He returned a year later with additional pages, demanding an amendment. If you don’t provide accurate information, you won’t have an accurate return. We charge a fee to amend a return due to client error. We don’t respond to demands or clients who don’t take responsibility.
