Keep his word; Learn the job. I am extremely dissatisfied with this ‘professional’ and I will absolutely be propagating the bad word. “Do a good job and a person tells a few friends. Do a terrible job and the person will tell all who will listen to the information.” I have a very prominent internet presence.

Hi Keith, Unfortunately, for professionals, it is impossible to stop irrational, unethical clients from writing opinion reviews. Simply because you “feel” you deserve a higher refund does not mean you actually get one. I cannot change the numbers as your CPA. I have used every proper tax strategy to reduce your tax burden but I cannot alter your tax returns to reflect false information which will bring you higher returns. I am sorry you are dissatisfied with this outcome.
Unfortunately DB CPA provided a less than stellar experience for me for my 2018 tax return. I will not be returning to him for his services. He did not give me the necessary time and dedication that I needed this year.. nor did he take the time to address my concerns but rather brushed me off since he felt he was the expert...and I had no idea what I was talking about.
