Dave has been working with me for almost 2 years. When I first contacted him in 2013, he let me know step by step on what I needed to do to buy a home. Dave is a very good broker. He responded quickly to my requests/questions and never left me hanging as I have experienced in the past. I was able to learn a lot about home buying and mortgages with his help. He kept me calm when the process got very aggressive and was able to assist me in a very successful home purchase. I have been in my home for 7 months now and I love it! Dave is a blessing!

My experience with Dave Flashner was a very good one. He explained how everything was supposed to go and everything went just as he explained. He kept the lines of communication open by informing me of all of the details and procedures throughout the entire process.
