I highly recommend working with David and First Federal Bank. We had a situation where we wanted to keep our home in California and turn it into a rental, then buy a home with a jumbo loan in Park City. David Goldberg and the United Trust Bank team were extremely helpful and turned our refinance loan quickly. They were there to answer questions every step of the way and were incredibly quick to respond and follow up at every turn. I would 100% recommend David to anyone looking for a mortgage loan.

After having great difficulty getting a decent rate for a larger size home, I got online and checked reviews. This lender, David Goldberg, specifically kept coming up over and over. So, I took a chance and called David. I told him my situation and projected closing date of TWO weeks away, and he quickly and amazingly gave me the best rate out of several lenders (including the local lenders called), and he was actually able to get me closed on time!!!! David and his team were great to work with. We had a challenging loan to fund (traditional mortgage plus a HELOC) given the COVID conditions at the time, and they got it done quickly and efficiently given the circumstances. David and his team were helpful and really nice to work with. I definitely recommend contacting him for your next mortgage.

I would highly recommend David Goldberg for any financial needs. He was completely honest throughout my whole loan process. At his insistence all paper was checked and rechecked numerous times which made the final approval process very quick and easy.
