Doing a jumbo loan for the first time... was nerve wracking to say the least... but David held our hand... and told us what was about to happen... and it did! Timing from start to finish was precisely what he said it would be. Once of the easiest refinances we have ever had to do.

First time home buyers, jumbo loan, new construction, construction delays -- all the while David remained above and beyond helpful and responsive. He and his team did a fantastic job as trustworthy and knowledgeable professionals helping us achieve the best (read: realistic/appropriate) loan for our dream house.
