David Goldberg made the purchasing of a house very pleasant. I was expecting the normal nightmare from getting a home mortgage. Not at all with David. It was easy to submit the needed documents and all the documents requested were expected. They did not ask for anything unusual. They also requested the documents early in the process instead of days before close. I highly recommend David. It was a great experience. We closed with no issues and on time. I was even given the opportunity to close early!!!!

We first contacted him about 2 to 3 months before the purchase as it was a marginal FICO score for myself and I had the VA entitlement that would be the make or break on us purchasing a home.
