David provided me all of the information that I needed, exactly when I needed it. Turnaround on every task was 1 day, or less. Once I found a property, David made sure my mortgage was ready for closing in less than a month!

David was a very honest man, from the very start he will tell you trends in real estate industry and he will guide you all the way. A very reliable lender, because he will have you prepare all the necessary requirements and wonderful because in a span of almost 3 months we were able to buy our first home. I am self employed & getting loans is always a PITA. David was great at explaining the process and working with the underwriter to get it done! There were a few difficult issues to work through and David was very communicative via email, even over holiday.

This guy is one of the good ones in the industry! Full approvals in under 2 week and has been ahead of schedule on every deal we have thrown his way! Impressive!
